For starters, they had a great project manager, Adam Koenig, who led a team of skilled carpenters and sub-trades to construct the building. Due to the onset Covid we were unable to travel until mid-summer, but we were able to finally meet and decide on interior finishes. TB was helpful in giving us suggestions on design, finishes and keeping the budget manageable. The channels of communication were always open between ourselves and TB through all stages. TB was able to obtain the highest energy efficiency rating for our house and earn a substantial rebate for us. The project was completed on time and close to budget which was remarkable under the circumstances. We love our new home.
